The prices are meant by appartment and include: consumpsion of water, electricity and gas ( except for heating which will be charged on the basis of 4,00 euros per m3 ), sheets and towels, final cleaning, use of the washing-machine placed at guests' disposal, Tv-Sat, use of the swimming-pool from April to October, deckchairs, gazebo, external tables, barbecue, mountain- bikes, carpark, dogs following in appartment.
Daily cleaning and change of linen are on request only and will be charged for.
We accept all credit cards except for American Express.
In July and August the minimum stay is one week ( from Saturday till Saturday ) and we make a 10% discount for two weeks booking. To pay the total amount of your stay.

In all the other periods of the year the minimum stay requested is two nights. We do not make any kind of cooking or buffet service.

Cancelling conditions.

In low season the minimum stay requested is two nights whereas in high season ( July-August ) you can only book stays of at least one week (from Saturday till Saturday ).
For bookings of over one week there is a 10% discount.
Arrival times : 2 pm ( please inform us if you arrive after 8 pm ) - Departure times : within and not later than 10 am.
The stay should be fully paid on arrival. Deposit : 150,00 euros on arrival. To book your stay at "Il Belvedere" an e-mail is enough ( info@arezzobelvedere.it ), or a fax ( +39-0575-652132 ) with : in and out dates, name, surname, number of guests, address, home telephone number and a credit card number ( as a guarantee in case of cancelling, so that the agreed amount can be withdrawn ). The booking will be confirmed by e-mail or fax from "Il Belvedere".
In case you cancel your booking more than 15 days before the beginning of your stay you will have to pay 75% of the agreed amount, more than 7 days before: 85% of the agreed amount, and the total amount if less than a week before. In case of delayed arrival and/or early departure, compared to your booking, you will have to pay the total amount of your stay.
